Responsibilities
- Plan and run customer-focused release validation.
- Define test setups and feature coverage requirements.
- Support build, release, and deployment activities in collaboration with the CMG team.
- Develop and maintain validation tests, infrastructure, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and fix bugs.
- Execute and report periodic regression tests when applicable.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Good knowledge of Python version 3.10 or later.
- Experience with Enterprise Linux OS, scripting languages such as Bash and Tcl, and version-control tools such as Git and Perforce.
- Familiarity with software bug-reporting processes using Jira or similar platforms.
- Experience with job scheduling systems such as IBM LSF, Altair NC, SLURM, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn and tackle challenges.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Preferred: experience debugging trace logs from live applications, familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms, periodic regression testing, and Verilog or VHDL.
