Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.
- Lead end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Advise senior stakeholders, conduct technology assessments, and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, roadmap planning, and cross-functional client engagements.
- Oversee technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including development, integration, and deployment best practices.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, data security policies, integration protocols, and compliance controls.
- Support change management, user adoption, internal knowledge sharing, and industry or Salesforce community events.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and consulting.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and integration patterns.
- Strong knowledge of Life Sciences regulatory and compliance frameworks, including GxP and HIPAA.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Veeva CRM or other Life Sciences-specific Salesforce solutions is preferred.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices is preferred.
- German or French language capabilities are a plus.
