Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, simulate, and test automation products and processes.
- Build, maintain, and improve reusable automation frameworks and libraries across technology stacks and business lines.
- Create test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Develop automated testing tools and software validation processes, and track coverage, defects, resolutions, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business SME, testing, support, internal stakeholder, and client teams.
- Support continuous deployment practices by developing strategies, formalizing processes, and providing tools.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects and document automation processes, test cases, debug data, and performance reviews.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills in telecom switching, routing, and network engineering.
- Experience designing and executing automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to develop automation frameworks, reusable libraries, test tools, and software validation processes.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming for key projects.
- Ability to analyze technical architectures, resolve complex design issues, track defects, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
