Responsibilities
- Design and document test cases.
- Use AI to accelerate test generation and maintenance.
- Leverage LLMs to create automated test cases from requirements.
- Reduce manual test creation through AI-assisted workflows.
- Optimize test selection and execution using AI.
- Identify missing scenarios and edge cases with AI support.
- Maintain traceability between product features and test cases.
- Create frameworks and standards for stable tests.
- Integrate test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
- Design tools for test generation and flakiness detection.
- Own the health of the automation framework.
- Build AI systems to triage test failures.
- Continuously improve testing strategies based on feedback.
- Engage with customers to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in building customer-facing products.
- Proficiency in writing maintainable code in any programming language.
- Experience building an automation framework from scratch.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with using AI in testing and software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, CircleCI, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with testing modern web and desktop applications.
