Base Salary

$70k - $116k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, debug, test, troubleshoot, document, and implement software solutions.
  • Contribute to software design strategies supporting products, distribution workflows, customer experiences, agent experiences, and employee experiences.
  • Design, deliver, and support infrastructure platforms and services enabling business operations and technology solutions.
  • Use modern software engineering, analytical, and artificial intelligence tools while evaluating the limitations, quality, and accuracy of AI-assisted outputs.
  • Participate in the five-week technical learning accelerator, mentoring, networking, and career guidance activities.
  • Collaborate effectively, manage multiple projects, support diverse perspectives, and model expected behaviors within the program.
  • Travel occasionally for business meetings and events and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree or completion of a licensed/accredited technical bootcamp is required.
  • Suggested majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to object-oriented programming in one or more major languages is preferred.
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, systems design, and networking is preferred.
  • Knowledge of APIs and web development, including RESTful APIs, GraphQL, eventing, and modern front-end technologies such as React and NextJS, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, plus awareness of NoSQL and document database concepts, is preferred.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer now and in the future.
