Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Trust & Safety systems to protect users and workflows.
- Design and implement product-based solutions for auditing and enforcing policies.
- Build custom tools and leverage industry solutions to mitigate threats.
- Mentor other engineers and establish design patterns.
- Drive all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to maintenance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with 1+ years in Trust & Safety systems.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Fullstack experience with modern database-backed web applications.
- Knowledge of microservice development.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and achieve sustainable results.
