Responsibilities
- Own and manage security posture across cloud, applications, infrastructure, and corporate systems.
- Build and maintain AI-powered security agents that aggregate, analyze, and prioritize threats.
- Lead incident investigations, remediation, and communications.
- Remediate security issues in AWS, application code, and infrastructure.
- Develop security automations and workflows for threat detection and remediation.
- Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, dependency security, and compliance readiness.
- Secure AI and LLM implementations, including agent permissions, prompt security, and data protection.
- Conduct threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and risk assessments.
- Partner with Engineering, DevOps, IT, and Product teams to embed security into development processes.
- Provide security reporting, executive risk communication, and audit support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Incident Response.
- Expertise with Claude, Claude Code, AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, and AI automation workflows.
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI agent systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and .NET, including C#.
- Expert knowledge of AWS security services, networking, IAM, infrastructure, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD security, server hardening, and SIEM platforms.
- Deep understanding of application security, vulnerability management, and NIST, CIS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-specific security risks, including prompt injection and data leakage.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical risks to business stakeholders.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Aviation, aerospace, or defense experience and Azure or GCP exposure are preferred.
