Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
- Manage event-driven API gateways using Apigee X.
- Ensure robust observability with New Relic.
- Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and optimize cloud resource utilization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cloud Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures.
- Proficiency with Apigee X for API management.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, particularly New Relic.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
