Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain features that use machine learning models.
- Build new ML-powered features and integrate models into the core banking platform.
- Design robust infrastructure and pipelines for ML-related solutions.
- Own solutions from ideation through launch and collaborate across teams.
- Build and scale complex, robust, multi-technology applications in an enterprise environment.
- Apply clean coding, automated testing, and continuous deployment practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering robust, multi-technology applications in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to build and scale complex software systems.
- Strong aptitude for solving difficult technical problems and developing elegant solutions.
- Experience with complex Python applications is especially valued.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs is especially valued but not required.
- Specific qualifications are not required; the company prioritizes aptitude and attitude.
