Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize Inriver Inspire AI for content generation, localization, translation, and enrichment.
- Design and implement AI agent workflows for validation, attribute completeness, enrichment routing, automated suggestions, and metadata generation.
- Build intake-to-PIM automations, including data-loader sheets, mapping templates, cleansing rules, and exception handling.
- Design product data models, taxonomy structures, validation rules, and versioning strategies.
- Engineer bulk data onboarding, imports, ETL transformations, AI-assisted cleanup, and quality checks.
- Integrate PIM with AI services, translation services, downstream systems, and internal applications.
- Build internal AI utilities and agents for rewriting, translation, categorization, attribute derivation, and taxonomy recommendations.
- Establish practices for prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval, model selection, evaluation, cost optimization, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Implement testing and participate in CI/CD processes while supporting data governance, agent safety, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Produce technical documentation, workflow designs, integration specifications, data models, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8 years of engineering experience with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and MS SQL Server.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building AI-driven applications, including LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, or automated content-generation systems.
- Experience developing or integrating AI agents with Azure AI Orchestration, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or equivalent tool-calling architectures.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or comparable LLM platforms, including model configuration, prompt design, evaluation, and cost optimization.
- Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, translation and normalization pipelines, content quality evaluation, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Hands-on experience with automated workflows, data transformations, bulk imports, PIM concepts, enrichment, localization, validation, and taxonomy.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills for PIM workflows and AI-driven automations.
- Preferred experience includes advanced Inriver PIM configuration, Inspire AI tuning, workflow customization, connectors, and monitoring.
- Preferred qualifications include multi-agent coordination, RAG optimization, vector index design, enterprise search, AI evaluation, A/B testing, safety guardrails, observability, translation pipelines, AI/ML operations, event-based integration, pub/sub architectures, microservices, and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, Product Marketing, and data governance teams.
