Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reliable, testable, production-quality software.
- Develop APIs, backend services, applications, automation, integrations, and reusable platform capabilities.
- Build frontend applications and cloud-native solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions involving LLM integrations, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Maintain automated delivery and deployment workflows.
- Apply testing, observability, security, reliability, and maintainability practices.
- Participate in technical design, problem-solving, and work through technical ambiguity within an engineering team.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of software engineering experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with React or Vue.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong experience with Python or another modern programming language, with Python particularly relevant.
- Experience building backend services, APIs, applications, or automation.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, AI integrations, RAG, or agentic workflows.
- Understanding of AI application development and integration patterns, software design principles, testing, and production engineering practices.
- Experience with Git, cloud-native applications or infrastructure, and cloud platforms; AWS is preferred, while Azure and GCP are also considered.
- Exposure to CI/CD and automated deployment.
- Desirable experience includes MCP or other tool-serving patterns, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Kubernetes, Terraform, developer platforms, internal tooling, GitHub APIs, and GitLab APIs.
- Must work from Pune or Bangalore in a hybrid setup.
