Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for implementing and extending Salesforce managed packages while preserving namespace compatibility and upgrade paths.
- Architect Leankor workflows and project-management extensions using its Kanban, Gantt, and resource-management capabilities.
- Develop high-performance Apex triggers, controllers, batch processes, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Plan and execute managed-package upgrades, including impact analysis of custom triggers, overrides, and integrations.
- Maintain Salesforce namespace governance, naming standards, and error handling across managed and unmanaged code.
- Customize Salesforce and Leankor interfaces using field sets, custom settings, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design data relationships across standard Salesforce objects, custom objects, managed-package entities, and Field Service work orders.
- Support CI/CD deployments and stable migrations across sandbox tiers using Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Customize the Salesforce Field Service mobile application and its offline capabilities.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or a master’s degree in software engineering; an MCA is also listed as a minimum qualification.
- Relevant Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Field Service and deep knowledge of Salesforce FSL architecture, data models, and functionality.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience customizing the Salesforce Field Service mobile application and supporting offline functionality.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs and external-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, managed-package dependencies, and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Apex Unit Tests and Jest.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Field Service Lightning Consultant are highly desirable.
- Leankor experience and experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, client-relations, design-thinking, and storytelling skills; English proficiency is required.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 certification is listed.
