Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and AI-powered features for personalization, recommendations, and creator analytics.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate business problems into solutions and drive work from problem definition through production.
- Design and own scalable data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and real-time inference.
- Establish AI engineering practices for evaluation design, prompt management and versioning, testing, and monitoring.
- Lead technical design reviews, mentor engineers on AI foundations and production-grade AI patterns, and evaluate new AI techniques, frameworks, and tooling.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience building and maintaining data-intensive production systems.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation loops, and AI technologies such as Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools or frameworks such as Braintrust and AutoEval, and/or MLOps tools such as Airflow, MLflow, and Vertex AI.
- Understanding of ETL, batch and streaming pipelines, and data quality monitoring.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and containerization.
- Experience using prototyping and experimentation to shorten build-measure-learn cycles.
