Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain open-weight LLMs on cloud and local clusters.
- Scale LLM deployments to support a large number of internal users.
- Track new model releases and maintain a state-of-the-art deployment environment.
- Connect LLMs to organizational use cases to automate routine work.
- Analyze model effectiveness on automation tasks.
- Embed security and privacy protections into automation pipelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience working with both open-weight and proprietary LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with LLM applications, including tools, retrieval-augmented generation, and routing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and modern software delivery practices.
- Understanding of security and privacy considerations in enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol or similar interoperability standards is preferred.
- Experience with AI governance, observability, operational monitoring, cloud platforms, high-performance computing environments, or ML model evaluation is preferred.
