Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, high-performance web UIs and mobile experiences using React.js, React Native, and Expo.
- Own features end to end from UI/UX implementation through backend integration, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs, including database schema design, indexing, query tuning, observability, logging, and operational practices.
- Build AI-enabled product features through model or API integration, prompt design, evaluation, and monitoring while following AIDLC and responsible-AI practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, and platform teams on customer-centric delivery, deployment, and infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, React.js, React Native, and Expo.
- Solid understanding of state management, component architecture, and performant, accessible UI development.
- Strong backend development experience with at least one of Python, Go, Java, C#, or Node.js.
- Understanding of GraphQL, database design, indexing, transactions, caching, performance tuning, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, AI frameworks or APIs, or copilots.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, the AI Development Lifecycle, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and system design skills.
- Preferred experience includes Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, OAuth, JWT, secrets management, Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
- Exposure to utilities, energy, or enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.
