Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and SFTP/file-based integrations.
- Use middleware technologies and SQL/data analysis skills to support enterprise application integrations.
- Integrate Workday with Salesforce, Active Directory/Azure AD, payroll providers, benefits providers, financial systems, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
- Document integration solutions and manage stakeholder communication, priorities, and customer-focused delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience developing Workday integrations.
- At least 2 years of experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing enterprise application integrations in large-scale environments.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, SFTP/file-based integrations, SQL, data analysis, and version control systems; Git is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, independent work, prioritization, documentation, continuous learning, and customer-focused skills.
