Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and integrate SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules within enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions across teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team and cross-functional decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication to support project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with compensation-module integration within enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
