Responsibilities
- Partner with the Platform Owner to understand business challenges and product priorities.
- Lead requirements discovery to capture needs and success metrics.
- Write and maintain high-quality product documentation.
- Translate requirements into actionable plans for AI-assisted implementation.
- Enforce design patterns and quality standards during implementation.
- Participate in design and implementation reviews.
- Run and troubleshoot automated quality checks.
- Update reference documentation and track changes.
- Support alignment with stakeholders across regions.
- Contribute to refining AI-augmented development processes.
- Communicate effectively across time zones.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in product engineering or related roles.
- Ability to gather requirements and write clear specifications.
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies and software architecture.
- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
- Located in Portugal with eligibility to work in the EU.
