Responsibilities
- Shape and improve the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across development, testing, deployment, and operational phases.
- Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide clients through digital transformations.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and efficient release management strategies.
- Improve system performance and scalability through load testing, caching, database query optimization, and application logic improvements.
- Apply modern engineering standards and architectural patterns, including TDD, contract testing, secure coding, event-driven architecture, and platform migration.
- Mentor engineers and foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, product, design, engineers, and other stakeholders on internal and client projects.
- Lead collaborative technical problem-solving through whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communication.
Requirements
- Proven capability in shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and driving improvements across its phases.
- Ability to implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and release management strategies.
- Expertise in TDD, contract testing, secure coding, event-driven architecture, and platform migration.
- Ability to improve application performance and scalability through load testing, caching, database optimization, and application tuning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
