Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, document, and deliver complex software features independently or with the team.
- Review team code, recommend improvements, and refactor existing code to improve quality.
- Collaborate with architects to review and propose architectural changes and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Work with business analysts to estimate complexity, assess workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements.
- Provide technical recommendations, solve technical problems, and interact constructively with other IT teams.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- At least two years of experience as a hands-on lead providing technical solutions to a team.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET technologies, C#, MVC, WCF, REST, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2 or above, Jasmine, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with MS SQL databases, PowerShell, unit-testing frameworks, and UI-testing frameworks.
- Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, UML, object-oriented programming, object-oriented design, service-oriented architecture, and n-tier architecture.
- Experience with TDD, BDD, and Agile practices, preferably Scrum.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate degree, or a BE in Computer Science, MCA, or another bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, quality, and teamwork skills.
- Experience with ESB or message queuing, MSMQ, WPF, and laboratory-related applications is advantageous.
