Base Salary

$86k - $187k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with customer IT decision makers and act as the voice of the customer with Microsoft engineering teams.
  • Lead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions using CAF and WAF.
  • Own end-to-end technical delivery results and coordinate consumption and customer success plans with the CSAM.
  • Drive migration and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, SAP, and AI workloads.
  • Optimize customer environments for health, resiliency, security, and performance, including production-scale AI use cases.
  • Develop repeatable intellectual property, resolve technical blockers, and support deployment and go-live outcomes.
  • Generate additional customer adoption opportunities and align engagements with Unified Enterprise Support priorities.
  • Maintain technical expertise through skilling and certifications across priority cloud, infrastructure, SAP, operating system, and security workloads.
  • Participate in technical communities and share best practices and reusable knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Must meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, pass the Microsoft Cloud background check, and verify U.S. citizenship where required.
  • Preferred: bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or master's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of customer-facing experience and 2+ years working on technical projects.
  • Preferred: technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
