Base Salary
$131k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models on AWS.
- Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout customer project delivery using AWS AI/ML services.
- Gather customer requirements and propose model training, building, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.
- Assess customer infrastructure and recommend AWS migration and solution architectures.
- Advise customer stakeholders on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions.
- Optimize performance, manage project risks, and ensure adherence to technical best practices.
- Mentor colleagues, deliver training, and create reusable organizational artifacts.
Requirements
- Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages, including Java or Python.
- At least 3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- At least 2 years of experience hosting and deploying GenAI/ML solutions for training, fine-tuning, and inference.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- Experience scripting for automation with Python, Perl, or Ruby is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders, are preferred.
- A master's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or a PhD, is preferred.
- AWS Professional-level certifications, such as Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional, are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, graph neural networks, or distributed training is preferred.
- Experience with AWS services including S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and EC2 is preferred.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR is preferred.
