Base Salary
$100k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their goals, technical requirements, and operational constraints and design and implement solutions using Persona’s platform.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery, including scoping, design, configuration, integration, quality assurance, deployment, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Support customer implementations and ongoing optimization of verification experiences and workflows while coordinating requirements, testing, milestones, and follow-through.
- Investigate and explain complex technical issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve customer blockers, and identify product feedback, reusable solutions, and documentation improvements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical role such as Software Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Curiosity, adaptability, empathy, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for learning a highly technical product.
