Base Salary
$125k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop technology strategies and senior-level relationships with business applications partners in the AWS Partner Network.
- Understand partner business and technical needs and develop solutions using AWS cloud and AI capabilities.
- Provide architectural guidance for building efficient and reliable applications on AWS.
- Lead substantive architectural discussions and build prototypes, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
- Create technical content including videos, white papers, blog posts, and reference architectures.
- Advise field and technical teams on partner solutions running on AWS.
- Share best practices with the broader Solutions Architect community and customer feedback with AWS product and engineering teams.
- Scope customer engagements with clear objectives and success criteria.
- Collaborate with AWS field sales, training, and support teams.
- Travel approximately 30%.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Experience supporting ISV partners and programs is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise application architectures for complex business environments is preferred.
- Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems, and networking connectivity is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong customer-facing communication, strategic thinking, technical expertise, and ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
