Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and complex platform opportunities by architecting technology solution strategies that achieve customer objectives.
- Identify and analyze systems, dependencies, and integration points and develop solution maps.
- Provide expert guidance to sales and deal teams on differentiating with Workday technology.
- Collaborate with Value Management, Services, and Customer Success Management to create sustainable customer relationships.
- Communicate technical concepts and strategic initiatives to prospects, customers, and executive stakeholders.
- Travel up to 40%.
Requirements
- For the Enterprise Architect level, have 3+ years of enterprise software solution consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- For the Senior Enterprise Architect level, have 5+ years of enterprise software solution consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- Have 3+ years of experience delivering compelling presentations for the Enterprise Architect level, or 5+ years for the Senior Enterprise Architect level.
- Have 2+ years of applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards for the Enterprise Architect level, or 4+ years for the Senior Enterprise Architect level.
- Have Financial Services industry expertise and experience in SaaS business applications and solution consulting or presales.
- Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrate multi-pillar solution and product knowledge, consultative selling, value selling, relationship-building, and product demonstration skills.
- Be able to translate business needs into technology solutions and engage effectively with C-level executives.

- Annual base salary range is $115,500-$173,300 USD, with potential eligibility for a bonus plan, role-specific commission or bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.
