Base Salary

$127k - $182k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead partner scoping and technical discovery for UCP schemas, availability models, and multi-fulfillment workflows.
  • Provide technical expertise, implementation reviews, staging configuration support, payload validation, and partner testing assistance.
  • Reproduce, isolate, and debug technical anomalies during live feature pilots within defined service level agreements.
  • Build synthetic testbeds, reference mocks, validation scripts, code samples, and integration recipes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams to test protocol capabilities and recommend data-backed product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
  • At least 3 years of coding experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
  • Preferred: master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with complex technical projects, partner integrations, consulting, partner engineering, solutions architecture, or client-facing technical roles.
  • Preferred: experience in operations management, technical discovery with enterprise partners, test automation, mock services, synthetic e-commerce test harnesses, e-commerce, APIs, structured data schemas, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java.

  • US base pay is listed at $127000–$182000, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
