Responsibilities
- Run proofs-of-concept, demonstrations, discovery calls, onboarding, and implementation guidance for customers.
- Ensure customers are activated, supported, and successful throughout their product adoption journey.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and business leaders.
- Partner with account executives, engineering, sales, and the CEO on customer engagements.
- Collect customer feedback, identify workflow friction, and influence the product, UX, and developer experience roadmaps.
- Host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions and improve documentation and public-facing materials.
Requirements
- Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- High ownership, energy, and willingness to work in ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
- Familiarity with secret-management tools or developer security platforms is a bonus.
- Understanding of developer workflows or DevSecOps infrastructure is a bonus.
- Startup, developer-community, public-speaking, customer-facing technical, enterprise-account, or technical-stakeholder experience is preferred.
