Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Celonis extractors for SAP, JDBC databases, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other customer systems.
- Design and build custom REST and SOAP API connectors using authentication, pagination, rate limits, and incremental-load patterns.
- Develop Python scripts and data pipelines for push-based ingestion through the Celonis Data Ingestion API.
- Configure zero-copy data sharing and Delta Sharing between Celonis and customer lakehouses.
- Set up Action Flows and other writeback integrations with customer systems and ticketing tools.
- Connect Celonis to customer LLMs and AI agents through MCP with appropriate authentication, permissions, and governance.
- Configure SSO, identity-provider integrations, and SCIM-based user and group provisioning.
- Support customer security, privacy, compliance, technical discovery, architecture documentation, and project estimation.
- Escalate product gaps and bugs and create reusable connector templates, scripts, runbooks, and documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration or implementation consulting, data engineering, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication patterns, OAuth 2.0, API keys, tokens, and tools such as Postman.
- Solid programming skills in Python or a similar language and strong SQL skills.
- Working knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, incremental loads, scheduling, and large data volumes.
- Familiarity with SSO using SAML or OIDC and SCIM provisioning.
- Basic understanding of networking and security fundamentals including TLS, certificates, proxies, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ability to explain technical topics to engineers and business stakeholders and manage workstreams across multiple customer projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes SAP data extraction, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Power Automate, LLMs, AI agents, MCP, Docker, Linux administration, and relevant Celonis, cloud, or SAP certifications.
