Responsibilities
- Lead the development of conversational UIs that adapt in real-time.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for AI initiatives across global teams.
- Architect the security layer for conversational interfaces while ensuring data privacy.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and implement intelligent automation solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end technical lifecycle from backend to frontend.
- Mentor engineers and establish technical standards across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product-minded architecture with a focus on user outcomes.
- Experience in building production-grade interfaces powered by LLMs.
- Proficiency in Java for backend services and TypeScript/React/Vue for frontend applications.
- Strong security mindset regarding sensitive financial data handling.
- Ability to operate autonomously within a large, global organization.
