Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to create user story acceptance criteria.
- Analyze complex software systems and design holistic, risk-based test strategies.
- Research technologies and develop test automation frameworks and suites.
- Perform exploratory testing and maintain regression and smoke test suites in QA and development environments.
- Lead system integration testing and manage user acceptance testing.
- Oversee defect lifecycles, test artifacts, and the test repository.
- Drive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools.
- Provide secondary support as an Application Performance Engineer or Application Security Engineer when needed.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder communication ability.
- Familiarity with agile development environments is preferred.
- Experience with Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, Playwright, or Micro Focus Testing Tools is preferred.
- Certification as a Software Testing Professional and/or Software Quality Analyst is advantageous.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
