Base Salary
$66k - $134k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software testing by developing and executing test strategies across the development lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to improve coverage and efficiency.
- Create test plans and validation strategies based on software requirements, system capabilities, and user needs.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, performance, load, and smoke testing across web applications and databases.
- Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution with development teams.
- Evaluate testing technologies, develop quality metrics, and improve testing effectiveness.
- Provide technical leadership during Agile planning, reviews, retrospectives, release readiness, and continuous improvement activities.
- Integrate verification and validation activities into CI/CD delivery pipelines.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8+ years of relevant software testing experience are required.
- Experience developing and executing automated testing solutions is required.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect tracking, and quality assurance best practices is required.
- Experience with Agile development practices and CI/CD environments is required.
- Familiarity with Jira and other test management platforms is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to identify quality risks and drive testing improvements is required.
