Responsibilities

Conduct data migrations from CRM systems, databases, and files including mapping, transformation, and data cleansing.
Design and implement custom technical solutions during software deployment.
Build and maintain integrations, tool connections, and data flows (e.g., BI tools, APIs, external systems).
Work with databases and complex SQL queries.
Develop small functions, scripts, or adjustments to support integrations and data processes.
Assist with simple frontend adjustments and HTML-based pages (e.g., landing pages).
Coordinate technical discussions with clients, analyzing requirements and translating them into actionable concepts.
Document processes, ensure quality assurance, and collaborate in agile team structures.

Several years of experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and complex queries.
Experience in data imports/exports and data quality assurance.
Basic programming knowledge and frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JS).
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Hubspot is a plus.
Knowledge of REST APIs, AWS, and Ruby on Rails is an advantage.
Analytical, structured work approach with high attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Very good German (C1) and good English language skills.
Experience in effectively using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
