Responsibilities
- Build and ship features for Clera’s agentic system that automates the headhunting process end to end.
- Own projects from concept through deployment and deliver production code daily.
- Iterate rapidly, remove or replace early implementations when appropriate, and improve systems for scale and quality.
- Talk with customers and incorporate feedback into the product.
- Work directly with the CTO, co-founder, and engineering team.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI, including coding with AI tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, ownership, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work intensively in a San Francisco hackerhouse with the founding team.
