Responsibilities
- Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis and design experiments to validate solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and deploy process improvements.
- Build a deep understanding of engineering culture and tools.
- Engage with engineers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Work to improve the overall development experience and assure quality across the SDLC.
- Uncover risks and inefficiencies across the SDLC.
- Participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Devtools, DevOps, or Engineering productivity role.
- In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines like BitBucket, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
- Experience with enterprise-scale engineering environments.
- Development experience with Python, Bash, or TypeScript in a Linux or Mac environment.
- Experience with containers and container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as code.
- Passionate about Developer Productivity.
- Comfortable working with AI-driven software to optimize workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working remotely.
- A love for goats.
