Responsibilities
- Guide technical discovery, product demonstrations, and validation activities.
- Own the technical evaluation process for complex opportunities.
- Develop end-to-end technical strategies for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams.
- Advise technical practitioners and business leaders on software development practices.
- Drive competitive analysis and positioning for complex opportunities.
- Represent the voice of the customer by sharing insights with internal teams.
- Mentor other Solutions Architects and contribute to team learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or related roles.
- Ability to solve complex customer issues and integration challenges.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
- Hands-on familiarity with GitLab or similar platforms.
- Experience facilitating workshops and leading proofs of concept.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Interest in continuous learning and mentoring.
