Responsibilities
- Own the ServiceNow technical roadmap and align platform capabilities with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow features involving configuration, workflow design, UI customization, reporting, and integrations.
- Architect and implement integrations with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, SAML, SiteMinder, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS, VMware, and enterprise systems.
- Evaluate and operationalize ServiceNow Agentic AI capabilities, including Now Assist and Now Assist for Creator, to improve automation and user experience.
- Perform impact analysis, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, mentoring, and continuous platform improvement.
- Provide platform support, incident response, and operational continuity through rotational morning and evening shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow administration, scripting, and application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration tools.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, CMDB, configuration management, and the full software lifecycle.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred, along with ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge and experience with AWS, VMware, JDBC/ODBC, enterprise data management, platform strategy, and cross-functional alignment.
