Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable nCino and Salesforce lending solutions across commercial, retail, and corporate banking.
- Own fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture decisions.
- Define integration architecture for core banking and third-party systems.
- Govern solution quality, security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Advise clients, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and delivery teams on lending-platform best practices.
- Mentor teams and support solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of banking technical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with nCino.
- Deep expertise in nCino modules including Loan Origination, Credit, Collateral, and Covenants.
- Experience designing solutions and integration architectures on the Salesforce platform.
- Preferred nCino Bank Operating System certifications, such as nCino Platform or Commercial.
- Preferred Salesforce Architect or advanced Salesforce certifications.
- TOGAF or an equivalent architecture certification is optional.
