Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI services centered on RAG and AI agents.
- Design AI architectures involving orchestration, agent design patterns, MCP, and A2A.
- Develop frontend applications and backend APIs using technologies such as React, Vue.js, Python, Node.js, and C#.
- Use Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud and infrastructure platforms.
- Design and build data platforms and data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Perform Agent Ops, AI evaluation, monitoring, tracing, governance, guardrail design, and human-in-the-loop feedback-loop design.
- Apply context engineering, model optimization, and fine-tuning for AI solutions.
- Automate and optimize development processes using AI-driven development tools.
- Drive team development, resolve issues, conduct design and code reviews, and support and mentor team members.
- Explain technical solutions to customers, organize requirements, and propose solutions to customer challenges.
Requirements
- Experience equivalent to team leadership, including driving team development, resolving issues, conducting design and code reviews, and supporting or mentoring team members.
- Development experience using Python and Git.
- Professional software engineering experience.
- Full-stack development experience spanning frontend, backend, cloud, and data platforms.
- Experience developing AI solutions such as RAG and AI agents.
- Business-level Japanese language ability.
- Preferred experience with skills and technologies listed in the responsibilities section.
