Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom Agentic AI services, including RAG and AI-agent solutions.
- Design AI architectures using orchestration, agent design patterns, MCP, and A2A.
- Develop frontends, backend APIs, cloud and infrastructure solutions, and data platforms and pipelines.
- Build multimodal, edge AI, physical AI, digital twin, and robotics integrations where appropriate.
- Design and operate Agent Ops capabilities, including evaluation, monitoring, tracing, guardrails, feedback loops, and agent management.
- Use AI-driven development tools and automate or optimize development processes.
- Drive team development, resolve issues, conduct design and code reviews, and support and mentor team members.
- Explain technical concepts to customers, organize requirements, and propose solutions to customer problems.
Requirements
- Experience equivalent to team leadership, including driving team development, resolving issues, conducting design and code reviews, and supporting or mentoring team members.
- Development experience using Python and Git.
- Professional software engineering experience.
- Full-stack development experience spanning frontend, backend, cloud, and data platforms.
- Experience developing AI solutions such as RAG or AI agents.
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency.
- Preferred experience with the skills and technologies described in the responsibilities section.
