Base Salary
$166k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and extend components of the core Databricks infrastructure.
- Architect multi-cloud systems for the Databricks product.
- Improve software development workflows for efficiency.
- Analyze build and test logs using Databricks' own platform.
- Develop automated build, test, and release infrastructures.
- Set standards for engineering processes to ensure high quality.
Requirements
- BS (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience writing production code in Java, Scala, Go, C++, or Python.
- Passion for building highly scalable and reliable infrastructure.
- Experience architecting and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with cloud APIs from providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
