Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor during the post-sales process.
- Review and consult on technical solutions, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Build and support technical solutions and integrations for mortgage clients.
- Run proof-of-concepts and proof-of-value engagements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in live environments.
- Partner with Account Management and Product teams to deliver value.
- Travel occasionally (~30–50%) to customer sites and industry events.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage or lending workflows.
- Strong understanding and experience with Encompass.
- Strong consultative sales/account management approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Backend experience with Python, APIs, Encompass Developer Connect, and SQL.
- Frontend experience with React/TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with mortgage LOS/POS platforms and cloud basics.
