Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy data-driven AI and predictive-model solutions tailored to client challenges.
- Consult with clients to define AI use cases, validate ideas through proofs of concept, and deploy scalable production systems.
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI systems with scalability, observability, continuous optimization, and MLOps practices.
- Develop multi-agent and AI workflows that orchestrate data, tools, and context into production-grade solutions.
- Architect modular backend services and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs integrating AI workflows with end-user applications.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, frontend developers, DevOps specialists, strategists, and clients to align delivery.
- Communicate technical solutions through progress updates, demonstrations, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning and AI solutions using technologies such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Experience across the full generative AI lifecycle, including observability, prompt optimization, evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and their AI services, including SageMaker, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience writing clean, testable, reusable code in professional software development environments.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions with multi-source data ingestion, embedding strategies, and vector search databases.
- Availability to start working in Budapest, Hungary.
- Preferred experience building and scaling RESTful APIs, particularly with FastAPI.
- Preferred experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based collaborative workflows.
- Preferred understanding of cloud security, authentication, scalability, and guardrails for real-time AI applications.
- Preferred theoretical foundation in deep neural network architectures such as transformers.
- An MSc in a technical field focused on software, data, and AI is preferred.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.
