Base Salary
$140k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own greenfield features from inception through implementation, experimentation, launch, and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and engineers to develop elegant solutions.
- Architect APIs backed by stable and scalable server-side implementations.
- Write efficient, readable, maintainable, and testable code.
- Mentor junior engineers and learn from experienced engineers.
Requirements
- BA or BS in computer science or a related degree.
- Experience building and shipping scalable features across frontend and backend systems.
- Experience with a consumer-grade web application frontend, preferably React-based.
- Experience building distributed CRUD functionality, ideally with both SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Experience or interest in mastering Golang, Java, and TypeScript.
- Experience authoring maintainable APIs; OpenAPI experience is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a customer-focused, cross-functional environment.
- User-centric mindset with a proactive approach to ownership, troubleshooting, learning, and leadership.
