Base Salary
$255k - $383k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of lab/demo assets and AI prototyping.
- Create reference architectures, whitepapers, and standardized POC guides.
- Provide strategic guidance to sales engineers and professional services.
- Represent Okta's AI strategy at conferences and analyst briefings.
- Act as the executive AI authority for Okta’s portfolio.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs and CIOs.
- Identify technical upsell opportunities through successful usage.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in identity, cybersecurity, AI, or Data Science.
- Experience driving technical customer success beyond the initial sale.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and Agentic Frameworks.
- Strong credibility with enterprise CISOs and boards.
- Ability to create repeatable playbooks and assets for scaling.
- Prior experience as a CTO, Field CTO, or Distinguished Architect.
- Advanced degree in a technical or business-related field.
