Base Salary
$169k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for new enterprise product concepts.
- Build proofs-of-concept that integrate with the Axon ecosystem.
- Partner with Product Management and Design to validate product value and usability.
- Establish architectural direction for concepts transitioning to products.
- Set high standards for security, reliability, and performance.
- Drive cross-team technical alignment and influence key technical decisions.
- Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead technical efforts across teams.
- Strong system design skills for scale, availability, and security.
- Experience building high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems.
- Experience integrating with external software systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Design.
