Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities using IaC tools.
- Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and production environments.
- Work closely with developers to support application releases and troubleshooting.
- Handle Linux server administration and performance tuning.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices.
- Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation.
- Follow and contribute to team runbooks, SOPs, and internal documentation.
- Raise flags proactively on infrastructure risks, capacity concerns, or recurring issues.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Linux administration.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
- Understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting concepts.
- Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
