Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technical execution by breaking down features, communicating complexity and risks, following architectural guardrails, making team-level design decisions, and escalating cross-team impacts.
Contribute hands-on through production implementation, daily code reviews, technical troubleshooting, and direct support to unblock engineers.
Define and enforce frontend code-quality standards covering reviews, testing, branching, releases, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
Lead AI adoption by establishing team practices, usage boundaries, and review standards for AI-generated output across development, testing, and documentation.
Own the automated testing strategy, including test-layer boundaries, tooling selection, and development of a team testing culture.
Mentor and coach engineers while promoting frontend development and UX best practices and supporting professional growth.
Improve developer workflows, build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, technical debt management, and overall developer experience.
Provide technical input to planning through estimates, dependency analysis, integration-risk assessment, and early blocker identification.
Collaborate with architects on design intent, constraints, feasibility, discovery, prototyping, and proofs of concept.
Coordinate integration and shared changes with other teams and technically onboard new team members.

At least 5 years of frontend web development experience and at least 2 years in a formal Tech Lead role.
Advanced TypeScript knowledge and fluency with modern ECMAScript standards.
Strong understanding of Web Components, modern browser platform APIs, accessibility requirements, and cross-browser development.
Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and principles, including object-oriented programming, SOLID, design patterns, component architecture, and event-driven architecture.
Solid knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and state-management approaches.
Hands-on experience with frontend tooling such as linters, Vite, Vitest, Playwright, and Storybook, including ownership of an end-to-end frontend testing strategy.
Daily hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to establish structured team-wide AI workflows.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build-tooling optimization, and developer-experience improvements.
Strong communication skills for code reviews, written documentation, and stakeholder discussions, plus familiarity with agile practices and self-organized teams.
Desirable qualifications include deep React or other modern framework experience, DevOps experience, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, UI component library development, Selenium, C#, .NET 10, SQL, OData, server-side rendering, performance profiling and optimization, and observability tooling.
