Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications, websites, SharePoint applications, and user interfaces.
- Use SharePoint REST APIs to manage records in SharePoint lists and support SharePoint server hosting.
- Ensure web applications are compatible with and optimized for IIS hosting platforms.
- Configure and manage web servers in cloud environments as required.
- Collaborate with intelligence, IT, and operational teams to meet functional, security, and operational requirements.
- Provide web and UI/UX support during CONUS and OCONUS operational deployments.
- Follow DoD cybersecurity best practices and support intelligence workflows.
- Mentor junior web designers and developers in web design, UI/UX, and development practices.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI and a favorable CI polygraph.
- Proven experience in both web design, including UI/UX, and web application development.
- Proficiency with CSS, Bootstrap, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, JavaScript, Classic ASP, VBScript, C#, Angular, and AngularJS.
- Experience with SharePoint development, REST APIs, list management, and SharePoint server hosting.
- Knowledge of IIS hosting and cloud-based web server management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with intelligence, IT, and operational teams.
- Ability and willingness to deploy to operational locations as required.
- Preferred: experience in DoD or intelligence environments, intelligence-system integrations, translating complex intelligence requirements into web solutions, and mentoring or leading web development teams.
