Base Salary
$224k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy ML models for compliance use cases.
- Own the production infrastructure for compliance ML, including monitoring and retraining workflows.
- Build and maintain internal ML tooling for the team.
- Apply AI-assisted coding and automation in development processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to transition research-stage models to production.
- Ensure models are explainable and documented for governance and regulatory review.
- Stay updated on compliance-relevant ML developments.
Requirements
- 8+ years in ML engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks.
- Experience with big data platforms like Spark or Databricks.
- Demonstrable fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
- Good knowledge of ML fundamentals and compliance problem formulations.
- Familiarity with explainability frameworks like SHAP or LIME.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Experience in financial services or crypto exchange compliance is a plus.
- Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem and blockchain analytics is advantageous.
