Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Salesforce as the primary CRM for various business units.
- Set high technical standards for your work and your team's changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical sustainability.
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party technologies.
- Define and advocate for technical solutions and operational processes.
- Maintain integrations between Salesforce and core systems.
- Generate simple, elegant designs and write high-quality code.
- Develop best practices for system governance and compliance.
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Drive automation in DevOps using Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Leverage low-code tools to improve workflows.
- Manage system enhancements and customizations.
- Develop metrics for system observability and performance.
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Provide training and documentation for effective system use.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce with preferred certifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to implement Salesforce platform best practices.
- Comfort with ambiguity and large-scale system architecture.
- Demonstrated growth through feedback incorporation.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
- Hands-on expertise in optimizing Service Cloud features.
- Familiarity with Lightning Web Components and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics.
- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce administration and development.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
