Base Salary
$125k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting and guidance for complex portfolio and solution architecture.
- Drive technology strategy, software architecture, solution patterns, and reusable departmental frameworks.
- Design, analyze, test, deploy, maintain, and evaluate software solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Lead development teams on complex, strategic, large-scale IT projects and mentor developers on frameworks, technologies, and methods.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Sourcing, IT owners, and business stakeholders on feasibility analysis, licensing, solution portfolios, and roadmaps.
- Research emerging technologies, create proof-of-concept models, and identify improvements to application portfolios and integrations.
- Apply knowledge of security, reliability, total cost of ownership, extensibility, migration, and solution lifecycle planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- At least ten years of IT experience, including demonstrated proficiency during the last five years in IT or business processes/SOA, infrastructure or technical architecture, business systems applications architecture, or information/business intelligence architecture.
- At least five years of large-scale IT project leadership experience, such as Technical Team Lead experience.
- Superior knowledge of industry-standard business and technology processes, best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Expertise across the software lifecycle, from specification, analysis, and design through testing, maintenance, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through structured development processes at departmental and project levels.
- Superior knowledge of requirements engineering, software architecture, software testing, software deployment, and technical architecture integration.
- Ability to integrate software development models with Agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Preferred experience in insurance or finance and with .NET, Azure, or Salesforce.

- Base salary range is $125,100.00-$187,700.00, with potential eligibility for an annual incentive plan.
